There are regular open activities where everyone is welcome, in addition to the activities of the 'residents'.

 

Below you will find an overview of the activities that take place during the week with additional explanation.

 

 

Mondays

 

On this day, the NOOR activity takes place in the Villa in collaboration with CAW De Kempen. You are welcome from 10 am to 12 noon and from 2 to 4 pm. You can come by here with all your questions, large or small. More explanation can be found in this document . You can also go to Villa Mescolanza koen for a nice chat and at the same time you can get help.

 

Wednesdays

 

On Wednesdays, Heidi, our psychologist, is from the CGG (mental health care center). She is a counselor and during the corona period she is present in the Villa every Wednesday morning from 9-12 am.

 

Heidi is there for everyone who needs a listening ear because he / she is having a hard time due to this corona period. You may feel more anxious, argue more, feel depressed, sleep poorly, worry a lot, ... or worry about someone else, ...

 

She wants to listen to what's going on, she wants to help find a way to deal with it. It is easier to tackle problems together than alone.

 

So do not hesitate to contact her (by telephone: 014 / 41.09.67 or by e-mail: heidideswerts@cggkempen.be) and then she will find a moment to meet with you. You can visit her without obligation. It is therefore not necessary to make an appointment.

 

Thursdays

 

On Thursdays, NOOR takes place in the CAW (Stationsstraat 80, 2300 Turnhout) from 2 - 4 pm. You can come by here with all your questions, large or small.

 

Fridays

 

Every Friday there is the activity Villa Friday and the Villa is open for meeting from 7 pm to 9.30 pm .

Everyone is welcome for a chat, a game or just to meet people.

 

There is also Villa Sewing Machine. Volunteers repair your clothes with the sewing machine. You can visit Villa Mescolanza for this every second and fourth Tuesday of the month.

 

Due to corona, both activities are canceled.

You can bring things to the walk-in center & Noor (high-quality clothing and small household items / toys) as well as for customers who come to collect things!

Language activities are also done. Different languages ​​are used in a playful and fun way. Because of corona, this is also canceled.

 

 

AIF + is also present in the Villa to support associations with, for example, the loan of equipment such as laptops, speakers, ...

 

In Villa Mescolanza there are also some computers available that can be used for research purposes, for example.
